Accounts and measurements

Your account details, saved measurements, wishlist, shopping bag and enquiries are stored with Lovable Cloud. Customer records are restricted to their account. Measurements are optional and can be replaced through your profile.

Virtual preview photographs

Photographs are sent to the image service only when you explicitly consent and request a preview. This feature uses Lovable AI and a zero-retention image model. The app does not permanently save the uploaded photograph or generated result. You can clear them in the studio or download a completed result yourself.

Your choices

You can browse without uploading photographs. Virtual previews are optional and are not a guarantee of sizing or fit. Contact the atelier through your account for questions about your data or a deletion request.

Collection updates

An enquiry is not a subscription to marketing. Marketing consent will be collected separately if a newsletter is introduced.
